Niki is a passionate HR professional with over 10 years of generalist experience across employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, and strategic coaching.

As People Director, she works across the group’s UK and Utrecht offices shaping the people strategy and supporting teams internationally. She is also a proud Women in Games Ambassador, co-founder of the Guildford Women in Games group Sororitas Ludens, and a mentor to HR professionals within the games industry.

Niki’s passion for gaming began early in her career, when she served as a department head of Games at HMV in Guildford and it has remained a constant ever since. A dedicated horror fan, she can often be found battling zombies, evading alien threats, or unwinding with her dog, Rolo.
